Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClauTours ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Questions? Email support@clautours.com.

1. The service

ClauTours lets you search flight departures and arrivals by airport and date. Flight data is provided by third-party sources and is shown for informational purposes only. Always verify schedules, terminals, and flight status with your airline or airport before travelling. We are not an airline, travel agent, or booking service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use search features.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account).

3. Plans and subscriptions

Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. They renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, scrape, or bulk-extract data from the service, or attempt to bypass quotas.
• Interfere with the backend, other users, or third-party data providers.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Accuracy and liability

Flight data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClauTours is not liable for missed flights, schedule changes, travel decisions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its branding are the property of ClauTours. Airport and flight data remain the property of their respective providers.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
